As a former Adjudications Officer at the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) at its headquarters in Washington, DC, Attorney Williams can offer added insight into the workings of the agency. While there, she worked on policy, drafting regulations, and monitoring pending legislation. Her unique perspective provides her with an advantage when she works with clients. Carol received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her Juris Doctor from the George Washington University Law School. Additionally, she earned her admission to the Maryland bar. She is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
