Keeping Families Together

At Williams Immigration, we understand that family comes first. It’s very difficult to pursue opportunities in the United States without your family members at your side. Our work in the area of family-based immigration continues to be a great source of pride, ever since our law firm’s inception in 2013. We provide the following family-based legal services:

Fiancé(e) Visa

If you are the fiancé of a US citizen and you are living abroad, we can help you apply for the fiancé visa to get to the US and after you are married help you apply for your green card.

Green Cards Sponsored by Family Relatives

Citizens and permanent residents can sponsor their relatives for permanent residence in the US. We can help you achieve green card status or sponsor a member of your family.

Removal of Conditions for Green Cards

When your permanent residence status exists on a conditional (2 year) basis, we can assist you in the process of converting your status to become a permanent resident.

Naturalization

If you meet the eligibility requirements, follow the necessary steps, and pass the test, you can become a full-fledged US citizen. The process is called naturalization. We are always happy to help permanent residents realize their dream of becoming US citizens. We can also assist immigrants who have served in the US military with the unique path to naturalization offered under such circumstances.

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)

If you came to the US as a child with your parents, you are currently undocumented, and you meet a number of guidelines, we can help you request deferred action for two years. Deferred action can be used to defer removal proceedings against you, and it can be subject to renewal. Our attorneys can advise you on your options and whether or not you qualify for DACA relief.

Temporary Protected Status (TPS)

Temporary conditions in your home country could affect your ability to safely return. These could include civil war, an environmental disaster, or an epidemic, among others. We can help you apply for TPS and provide a safe haven until your home country is stable enough for your return.
